● Brief introduction:
Suitable range: 1ml-20ml ampoule water injection ,vial injection, oral liquid and so on.
Inspect items: visible eyewinker ( glass scurf, metal scurf, fiber, white spot, white pieces) ,liquid level, ampoule sealing and carbonization, cap inspection and so on.   
Working principle: It main adopts machine visual principle, based on injection series pictures , which get from cameral, judging whether have glass scurf and fiber or other strange matter or not , which in the bottle infusion ( the national pharmacopeia is required that  above 50 microns not dissoluble granules is strange matters), if so, the defective items will be separated by separation device and out of conveying belt.
● Main characteristics:
Can finish with equidistant separate bottle feeding.
Can press bottle body to press bottle neck, also can suitable for different bottle type. Easy to change change parts.
Can make pre-inspection bottle high-speed rotary automatically, benefit for impurity matters motion. Easy for inspecting.
It adopts the visible imaging principle to inspection, that will be more accuracy for judging .
Can finish classifying and statistics products .
